The first session is a gentle introduction. We talk about what brings you to therapy, any goals you may have, and how we might work together. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether the approach feels comfortable for you.
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to prepare anything. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to. The space is supportive and judgment-free, and we will move at a pace that feels safe for you.
Yes. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential. The only exceptions are rare situations where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, in which case I am legally required to act. If those circumstances ever arise, we would discuss it together.
Yes, online sessions are available for those who prefer them or find them more convenient. They follow the same structure and level of support as in-person sessions.
There is a simple agreement outlining how we work together, including confidentiality, session length, fees, and cancellation terms. It helps ensure clarity and a shared understanding from the beginning.

- The Assessment is free and lasts for 60 minutes
- I work at variable rates depending on your circumstances but fees generally start at £50 per session.
- Sessions take place a minimum of once per week, with the option to meet up more often depending on need and agreement.
